You may benefit from being shown how to use aids to help you get in/out of the bath. First Contact Occupational Therapy provide free, impartial advice about a wide range of assistive equipment and rails that may be able to assist you. Dundee & Angus Independent Living Centre is a place where you can try a range of equipment items free of charge. The centre is open 9-5pm weekdays and you can visit during these times or phone to make an appointment to ensure someone is free to show you around.
